Privacy policy

When the signup form says it is not connected, we do not send your email and we do not write it down. When that form is connected, the address goes to Beehiiv, the company that sends the Brief. Beehiiv also receives whether you checked the waitlist box, a short token for the page the form was on, the time you submitted, and the version of this page. We do not copy the address into a database of our own, into analytics, or into our logs. This form does not ask Beehiiv to send a confirmation email or a welcome email until that switch is turned on. When it is on, Beehiiv sends the confirmation, and that message is theirs.

The checklist worksheet lives in the page while you use it. Printing uses your own browser. Refreshing the page clears it.

Charts, calendars, and screeners on the Markets page are embedded from TradingView. Those widgets load from TradingView’s servers and can set their own cookies under TradingView’s policies. We do not run a separate analytics tag.

News headlines are fetched on the server from public RSS feeds so the page can show a title, a source, a time, and a link. We do not store your reading history.
